The North Highland Way can be walked in one go or section by sections and from either direction, you choose! 

Section 01 : Duncansby Head to The Haven

Section 02 : The Haven to Dwarwick Pier

Section 03 : Dwarwick Pier to Thurso

Section 04 : Thurso to Fresgoe Harbour (Reay)

Section 05 : Fresgoe Harbour (Reay) to Baligill

Section 06 : Baligill to Kirtomy

Section 07 : Kirtomy to Torrisdale

Section 08 : Torrisdale to Tongue

Section 09 : Tongue to Achininver

Section 10 : Achininver to Hope

Section 11 : Hope to Laid

Section 12 : Laid to Durness

Section 13 : Durness to Cape Wrath
